Doko
DOKO, derived from a Native American word meaning "watering place", was the original name of the town until it was renamed Blythewood, SC in 1877, and Doko Depot supplied trains with water necessary for steam engines traveling on the Columbia-Charlotte Railway.

Started in April of 2020 Doko Station Pub and Eatery is Blythewood's new addition beside those railroad tracks and at the entrance of Doko Meadows Park. We offer a generous selection of craft beer along with wine to compliment our varietal "street-food fare" menu including flatbread pizzas, salads, sandwiches, paninis, and more. Come see us at your new "watering place" in historic Blythewood, South Carolina!
